Help! I think I have Seasonal Affective Disorder.

For many of us, maybe most of us, our moods are significantly impacted by the weather - when it is cold and dark we feel sad-er, when the sun shines we feel better. We are in the midst of winter storms, and the chaos the weather and the cold dark days can do a number on our moods. Here is a great article on how to combat SAD - seasonal affective disorder. Back to basics: get enough sleep, eat well, and exercise, and a few interesting extras like light therapy.
